Hi I am Luisa, 

Certified Personal Trainer and Macro Coach.  I am also the  Founder of Surrender Fitness, which I formed during Covid.  I have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years, have competed & placed in a handful of bodybuilding competitions and I am now super passionate about helping others avoid all the fitness pitfalls I made when I first started out.  I remember being so frustrated because nobody seemed to just tell me how to get it done right and in a sustainable way.

I am all about helping you  create Your Strogest Self!  That's why I work only with individuals who are ready and willing to learn once and for all.  The truth is, its not rocket science and further if I can do it - a once chubby kid with lots of self-confidence issues - I am telling you that You can and I give you permission to blow your own mind a bit!
